Redefine Day Programs are personalized to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. Our day programs are designed to improve the physical and mental health of our clients, whilst also making new friends. This is achieved by incorporating group physical exercise classes and outdoor activities in our day programs. Then, once the exercise is finished, there’s plenty of time left over for skill building and/or leisure activities. Our team will support you in living the life you have always wanted to live, building confidence in your ability and growing in a safe and understanding environment.
